Dr. Drake Williams and Dr. David McKinley will be leading the class with contributions from others. On Wednesday afternoon, we will be joined by notable church historian Dr. Donald Fairbairn as we discuss early creeds and councils that day. Anyone is welcome to join us. The class will be held in person in Fellowship Hall but also by Zoom. Cost for each day is $60 in person (lunch included on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Cost for joining by Zoom is $50 per day. Please contact Dr. Drake Williams for registration by Tuesday, May 28. You can also see upcoming details at our website: https://www.congregationalinstitute.com/.

As part of our upcoming Congregational Institute, we will travel to St. Philip Orthodox Church on Tuesday, June 4 for a tour from 3:00-4:30. At the Orthodox Church, we will receive a tour about the influence that the early church fathers have had on the church. (website: https://www.st-philip.net/). On Thursday, June 6, we will travel to Christ Church in Philadelphia (https://christchurchphila.org/) for a tour from 3:15-4:30. The members at Christ Church in the seventeen hundreds were intimately involved in the Revolutionary War. Likely our group will find a restaurant in Philadelphia for a cheese steak afterwards! If you are interested in being a part of either tour, contact Dr. Drake Williams at the church office. Price for each tour is $25. (Food afterwards is not included in the price).
