The Congregational Institute Seminar

  • Central Schwenkfelder Church 2111 South Valley Forge Road Lansdale, PA, 19446 United States (map)

On Saturday, January 24, from 10am until 3pm, the Congregational Institute invites you to an intensive seminar at Central Schwenkfelder Church: Four Views on the Book of Revelation!

The Book of Revelation is one of the most confusing books of the New Testament. This is due in part to four different ways that the church has interpreted the book throughout church history. Many do not understand these different approaches, but in this seminar, we will explore these.

In the first part of our seminar, each of our presenters will aim to give a convincing case for one of the viewpoints.
After a break for lunch, we will have a panel with the four presenters. Each will give their opinion on several controversial passages in the book of Revelation. Those participating in the seminar will be able to ask questions regarding their presentations as well.

The Seminar will conclude with a wrap up session where we will seek to find some unity in the diversity of opinion. It will also point to some growing edges on the understanding of the Book of Revelation.

Seminar cost with lunch included - $50. You may join by Zoom for a cost of $30.

Hope to see you there! For questions, contact Pastor Drake at dwilliams@cscfamily.org or see the Congregational Institute’s website.
