Want to Volunteer?

Whether you can help with set-up the day before, direct parking, work a booth, or lend a hand with tear-down afterward, there’s a place for everyone to pitch in! We truly couldn’t make this event happen without our wonderful volunteers, and we hope you’ll join us this year!

Bakery Table

We will once again have our Bakery Table at the Fair this year. This includes any baked goods like pies, cakes, muffins, breads, brownies, etc. To be successful, we need YOUR contributions! So check out your recipe boxes and get some ideas going! We appreciate your help!

    Attic Treasures

    Gently used items: home décor, holiday décor, picture frames, small electronics, linens, kitchenware & more! Bargains galore!

  • Stacked books of various sizes, colors, and titles, arranged vertically on a shelf.

    Book Stall

    Browse through hundreds of used books for children and adults!

  • Clothing rack with various colorful dresses and shirts on hangers.

    Clothing Reruns

    Outfit the whole family, children and adults, with special “bag” sales throughout the day!

  • Open storage bin filled with toy dinosaurs, small plastic toys, and colorful building blocks, with shelving above containing various toy boxes.

    Kids' Toys & Clothing

    Peruse pre-loved toys and gently used clothing for your young ones.

  • Looking for something beautiful to brighten your home or give to someone special? Stop by our Fresh Flowers booth, where talented church members and community friends create beautiful, one-of-a-kind flower arrangements.

  • Calling all flower gardeners and arrangers! We’re changing things up this year! Instead of creating arrangements together at the CCC, we’re asking you to make arrangements at home and bring them to the CCC ready to be priced and sold.

    Have enough flowers for one arrangement? Great! Have enough for several? Even better! Every arrangement is appreciated.

    Need a vase or container? Stop by Attic Treasures during regular hours to shop for free.

  • Drop-off: Friday, September 18, 1:00–7:00 PM at the CCC gym, or Fair morning from 7:30–9:30 AM.

    We’ll also need volunteers to price and staff the Fresh Flowers table on Fair day. Sign up here.
